ROBBERY & BURGLARY
Florida laws pertaining to the Offenses of Robbery and Burglary carry extremely harsh penalties
Robbery & burglary attorney, Scott Skier, has represented countless clients charged with these law violations. Crimes such as Robbery and Burglary can be enhanced depending on the criminal record of the accused. These laws are subject to enhancement if the accused has been released from the Department of Corrections within a three (3) year period from the date of the alleged new offense. These enhancements are known as Prison Releasee Re-Offender (PRR) enhancements and can cause an individual to do an excessive amount of time in custody.
There are various types of Burglaries and crimes that include taking the Property of another:
- Grand Theft
- Petty Theft
- Burglary with a Battery
