• 28,000 but less than 350,000 grams of cocaine or 5,000 but less than 28,000 grams of cocaine base: This is a capital felony punishable by a mandatory minimum of 25 years and a maximum of life in prison and a fine of up to $10,000,000.
• 28,000 or more grams of cocaine or 5,000 or more grams of cocaine base: This is a capital felony punishable by a mandatory minimum of 30 years and a maximum of life in prison and a fine of up to $10,000,000.

What Is Drug Distribution in Florida?

In Florida, drug distribution occurs when a person knowingly sells, delivers, or in any way furnishes a controlled substance to another person.
