What Is Drug Distribution in Florida?

In Florida, drug distribution occurs when a person knowingly sells, delivers, or in any way furnishes a controlled substance to another person. It is important to note that it does not matter whether you are the actual owner of the drugs. It is also not necessary for you to directly hand the drugs to the buyer. Under Florida law, it is enough to show that you had knowledge that the buyer would then use the drugs.
